Total Health & Wellness Support Services
This comprehensive initiative Defense Health Agency program is dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being of service members, their families, military retirees, and Department of the Army Defense Civilians. The program delivers a wide range of evidence-based health promotion services designed to foster healthy lifestyles, improve individual and unit performance, and support mission readiness.
Our team is composed of highly trained professionals who possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Allied Health field (Exercise Science/Exercise Physiology preferred) from an accredited college or university, and our Health Educators have one or more nationally recognized NCCA credential (i.e., ACSM, NASM, NSCA,).
Services provided by our team include:
- Wellness education tailored to the needs of military communities
- Exercise testing and fitness assessments to support physical readiness
- In-person and virtual health coaching to provide the essential guidance and support needed to integrate and sustain long-term wellness outcomes
Preventive health services delivered across both CONUS and OCONUS locations to include Health Assessments - Strength and Conditioning - Physical Fitness - Healthy Nutrition - Stress Management - General Wellness Education - Tobacco Education - Health Coaching - Health Promotion Program Evaluation - Community Health Promotion Subject Matter Expertise

Prime Contract
ATL provides comprehensive data management and analytical support for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)–focused care and research programs within the military health system. Responsibilities include collecting, validating, and analyzing clinical and operational data to evaluate the effectiveness of TBI treatments and rehabilitation programs. ATL supports performance measurement, outcomes reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care for service members affected by TBI. Through close collaboration with medical researchers, clinicians, and defense health stakeholders, ATL contributes to advancing evidence-based practices and improving recovery outcomes for military personnel with brain injuries.
